Vintage Top Hat

This Vintage Top Hat is something that is very unique ! This is made from duck cloth and is approx. 10 inches tall. The top hat has had lots of cinnamon and German Glass Glitter sprinkled on it, which gives it a very showy primitive look !! There is a tea stained osenburg fabric around the vintage image of the little girl with her snowman on the front. A scarf and 2 1/4 inch rusty bell with berries and greenery finish off this piece.
